LEE SOUTHREN
FOUNDER/CEO
Lee brings a lot of sports industry experience to the NJTA. He is the Founder/CEO of the Riot lacrosse club and owner of several boys lacrosse showcases such as Jersey Strong and Kingsmen Box lacrosse.
He is married and has 4 sons, 2 of which played college lacrosse at Stevens Tech and lives in Denville, NJ.
ANDY BRYANT
GENERAL MANAGER
Andy Bryant is the General Manager of NJ Turf Academy with over 10 years of coaching experience. He began his career in club lacrosse as a manager before advancing to a director role, gaining extensive experience in program development and leadership. Andy also currently coaches at Kean University and now focuses on leading NJ Turf Academy’s operations while delivering high-quality youth sports programming.
DAVID WHITE
VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS
David brings twenty-five years of experience in the private sports and recreation business to NJTA. From 2002-2021 he was the Owner and General Manager of The Sports Academy in Millburn, NJ and from 2021- 2025 was the Chief Idea Officer for d24 Sports & Recreation Consulting LLC. He also had a long coaching career in youth sports, including 15 years as a successful high school basketball coach. He brings significant facility design and operational experience to this role at NJTA.
